This is my second time ordering flowers for my wife. The first time was for her birthday, and there was a bit of a problem with the order. La Fleurel was kind enough to issue a full refund because of the issue, which I didn't even ask for, so I knew how much they cared about their customers' satisfactory. So, for our 3rd anniversary, I decided to give them a second chance and boy they delivered. The flower arrangement that I ordered looked identical to the one I saw in their website, super fresh and beautiful, delivered on time, and most importantly, my wife loved the flowers. They have definitely redeemed themselves. I know that first encounters could leave a lasting impression, but also believe and understand that we're all only human and can have off days. La Fleurel have corrected the initial issue in a manner that left an impression that made me want to give them another try. They certainly did not disappoint and I'm very glad in my decision to try them again this time. I'll keep ordering from them. Thank you, La Fleurel for the beautiful flowers!
